    今晚的晚餐-牛排-(西式做法中式口味煎烤哦~)

    老公大人最喜欢吃肉了~所以我比较拿手肉类的烹饪~
    天老公突然想吃我做的烤牛排和猪排(其实我也很久没给他烤肉吃了,怕他肥哎~)所以我们两个就跑去购买了两盒新鲜的顶级牛肉和猪肉
    由于老公不喜欢西餐的味道,只喜欢吃小土豆泥,所以土豆泥我用的是西式的做法,但是牛排和猪排我是用中西结合的发法做的,
    这种口味老公十分喜欢吃,而且肉制特别鲜嫩~
    所需要的原材料~:
     
    做法与步骤:

    材料:
    牛排兩塊  奶油/butter 3大匙  蘑菇 土豆 洋蔥 西蘭花 青椒/紅椒/黃椒(均可)
    調料:
    鹽/黑胡椒粉適量 料酒 醬油 辣椒粉(可根據個人口味選擇要不要均可)
    做法:
    <1>準備好所需要的材料,然后用廚房紙巾吸乾牛排肉兩面的血水
    <2>用調料料酒、醬油和黑胡椒、辣椒粉塗抹于牛肉表面。註意:先不要放鹽,因為避免抹鹽之後久醃,否則肉片會出水,煎好的口感就會偏硬。
    <3>把準備好的土豆放入熱水中煮,到錶皮稍微有裂痕即可把熱水倒出,放涼后即可順手把錶皮剝落,然后攪拌成土豆泥放入適量奶油/butter/鹽調味
    <4>把蘑菇片以4:1比例切成片鋪入烤盤中,紅、黃椒也一樣切好鋪入烤盤
    <5>把平底鍋預熱后放入一些butter熱融
    <6>然后把牛肉片放入鍋中煎止錶麵微黃即可,不要煎太久~
    <7>準備好烤牛肉的託盤,然后把洋蔥切條均勻鋪入烤盤,可以根據口味均勻撒上黑胡椒和鹽,把煎好的牛肉放在洋蔥上麵(這樣牛肉可以吸入洋蔥的香味)
    <8>把牛肉託盤和配菜託盤都都放入烤箱中烤,溫度可以自己調節,我是剛開始180度,然后慢慢調高,這時候一定要每隔幾分鍾就要去烤箱看看情況,根據情況調節溫度,註意:配菜會很快烤好,烤止蘑菇錶麵幹幹的即可
    <9>把西蘭花用熱水煮熟,然后把調好的土豆泥和配菜都放入盘中,把烤好牛肉撒上黑胡椒即可
