    蛋糕底的制作

    材料: 
    蛋3個,砂糖,面粉50g,CORN FLOUR,沙拉油(或其他植物油),BAKING POWDER

    工具: 
    8寸圆形淺金属模1個,电动搅拌器

    首先将烤箱预热OVEN 到200度
    1. 将3个蛋黄和蛋白分开--图1
    2. 蛋黄与30克糖搅拌, 变成淡黄色的液体--图2
    3. 在蛋黄液内加入50G热水, 50G VEGTABLE OIL,搅拌均匀--图3
    4. 蛋白与70克糖搅拌,最开始的时候放一两匙糖就可以, 蛋白开始变有固体的时候加一小匙CREAM OF TARTART, (也可用LEMON或白醋代替), 再把其余的糖分两次倒进去搅拌到干性发泡-可参考图4。(只要倒扣不会掉下来即可)
    5. 将100克粉 (80G PLAIN FLOUR, 20G CORN FLOUR) 和2小匙BAKING POWDER混合,慢慢地筛入蛋黄液体内...轻轻地从底往上搅拌...
    6. 将打好的蛋白和蛋黄混合, 要分2-3次倒入, 一定要轻轻地搅拌, 直到搅拌均匀.
    7.将蛋糕混合液倒入CAKE TIN, 敲一敲, 放入200度的OVEN中25分钟左右...
